We are currently seeking a leading hand for our modern Export Red Meat Processing Plant. This role will involve the effective running of the company Render Operations. Wages apply as per the current Enterprise Agreement, leading hand and shift allowances also apply.

• Ability to comply with WHS, Quality Assurance and Training programmes.

What experience are we looking for?

• Knowledge of Rendering, Press and Cook Operations.
• Previous experience in a food processing facility would be an advantage.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Experience with press and cook operations would be an advantage.
• Some mechanical knowledge would be an advantage.
• Be willing and able to undertake Q-Fever testing and vaccination (if required).
• Be able to work unsupervised and complete tasks in allotted time frame.
