Oakey Beef Exports is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our HR team as an HR Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. What sets this role apart is the early start time of 4am, allowing you to kickstart your day and make a meaningful impact from the get-go.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily employee call-ins, pre-start duties, medical clearances, data entry, supervisor and employee follow-ups, and absenteeism
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Provide administrative support for employee onboarding, training, production, warehouse, finance, WHS, and sales
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Input and maintain data using MS office

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
