What is the opportunity? 

Challenging and rewarding part-time role as a Human Resources Administrator at NH Foods Australia.  Based conveniently in North Sydney this role reports to the Head of HR and you will play an important role supporting our diverse workforce while building your career.

What your week will look like:

• Managing employee lifecycle documents including onboarding and performance.
• Ensuring HR compliance with document retention and process controls
• Recruitment support including candidate communication and onboarding coordination.
• Supporting training and development activities
• Contributing to employment engagement activities
• Support payroll processing, leave administration and expense claims

What are we looking for? 

• Strong attention to detail and process orientated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite including SharePoint
• Qualifications in Human Resources (or currently studying)
• Basic understanding of the Fair Work Act and industrial awards
• Professional, corporate and confidential approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, positive attitude with a ‘can-do’ mindset
• Curiosity and initiative to act with self-accountability
• Appreciation for compliance programs and internal controls
