What is the opportunity? 

In this role you will be an integral member of the Accounting team . This role will support the Group finance manager and Financial controller to:

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements.
• Supporting the various entities within the NH Group to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements.

Leveraging your skills, you will drive successful outcomes in process improvement that aligns with the business strategy. Including areas such as:

• Tax
• Internal controls
• Policy development
• Accounting projects

What skills and experience are we looking for? 

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting.
• CPE or equivalent qualification preferred
• 5+ years of similar financial modelling experience
• Experience with financial planning & analysis functions, including budgets and resource allocation processes.
• Japanese spoken/written skills viewed positively, though not required.

  The candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Strong analytical, quantitative abilities and critical thinking skills
• Strong Stakeholder and time management skills
• Intermediate or above Excel skills
• Self motivated with excellent attention to details.
