What is the opportunity?

We are currently seeking a Site Manager for our Hygiene Rendering of Animal Products plant at Wirrimbi. The plant processes animal by-products into saleable materials and operates 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, your hours are adjusted to meet production needs. You will be working in a stable team but will also need to be able to work well individually.

You will be responsible for completing production orders and loadouts accurately, rostering of employees for Rendering and Maintenance, monitor and improve the efficiency and productivity of the rendering and extract teams, oversee effective and efficient delivery of maintenance services, and monitor the site maintenance program.

What skills are we looking for?

• Knowledge and understanding of rendering and maintenance.
• Strong communication, organisational and computer skills.
• Efficient in time management and multi-tasking skills

What experience are we looking for?

• Proven experience in Supervisor Roles.
• Australian Renderers Association Accreditation preferred but not essential.
• Fitter or Electrical background an advantage.
