What is the opportunity?

We are currently seeking a Laboratory Manager to work full time Monday to Friday on site, at our Oakey Plant. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role will oversee the operation of the NATA Accredited laboratory and ensure adherence to relevant standards and regulations.

What skill are we looking for?

• Proven skills to manage a team
• Maintain laboratory manual
• Excellent organisational and time management skills

What experience are we looking for?

• Bachelor of Science with 1–2-year experience in a NATA accredited laboratory or
• Diploma of Science with 2-3 years’ experience in a NATA accredited laboratory.
• Management of a small team
