January is always an exciting month in our calendars as it marks the NH Foods Exhibition in Japan!
The NH Foods Group Exhibition takes place every year and is our group’s largest annual exhibition in Japan. A showcase of everything we do at NH Foods, the event highlights a diverse range of products, from dairy, seafood, ready-to-eat and pre-packaged convenience foods, to premium Australian grain and grassfed beef. It also serves as a forum to discuss market trends, provide insights into the Australian red meat industry, and connect with customers from around the globe.
The exhibition showcases popular brands such as Schau-Essen and Chuka Meisai, alongside an exciting selection of innovative and well-loved products. This year’s event featured the introduction of “New Meat” a plant-based alternative designed to replicate the texture of traditional meat, reflecting the growing demand for alternative proteins. Another highlight was “Chicken Rice,” a high-protein option made by processing chicken in rice grains, offering a convenient way to add more protein to daily meals. Long-time favourites like Chiki-Chiki-Bone, a popular fried chicken with bone, also made an appearance, demonstrating continued appeal for our classic products.
This event is a fantastic opportunity to reaffirm our group’s shared mission of collaboration and delivering the joy of eating to millions worldwide.
